Return & Refund Policy

All the orders go through multiple quality check processes before they are delivered to you, so we ensure that the quality of the product being delivered to you is of the optimum standard. An exchange of product(s) will be available only in case of manufacturing defect(s). The buyer is advised to make the video while opening the package and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery in case of a request for exchange of product. Exchange is not applicable for the wrong product ordered.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE: 

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product can only be exchanged with the same type.
  • Buyer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of a defective product.
  • The video proof of opening the package is mandatory for exchange.
  • The free return benefit is valid for one time only.

Note : The exchange benefits are subject to approval by customer service team of Private Box.

After approval, the buyer must bear all the costs for return shipping. If your returns comply well with all of the guidelines for sex products online, all you have to do is click a picture of the product(s) with a good quality camera showing the clear condition of the product(s), it’s packaging, associated tags and booklets intact. After that, connect through e-mail at privateboxoffice@gmail.com or through WhatsApp 9339610069 for ‘request return’. After we receive the package we will inspect and begin with the exchange process and will communicate with you through email / WhatsApp / Phone Call with the request status and will stay in touch with you till the replacement process is completed.
